the campus is stunning and I knew I would have the chance to work closely with top-notch professors.
There are too many to choose from! Some of my favorites include being initiated into Kappa Kappa Gamma my sophomore year; working closely with my thesis advisors to produce a paper I never thought I was capable of writing; seeing the campus come together during Relay for Life; and, the countless hours spent hanging out with friends in dorm rooms and hallways all over Trinity's campus.
Professor Jack Chatfield inspired me to become a history major and imbued in me a love of learning that will stay with me for life. Professor Joan Hedrick devoted countless hours to my senior thesis project and both inspired and challenged me to work harder, and think in a more critical fashion than I had ever done before - for that I will always be grateful.
Work hard, stay engaged, surround yourself with intelligent, supportive friends and you'll never go astray.
Keeping in touch with the members of KKG, emailing professors and returning for Homecoming/graduation whenever I can.
"Walking with the Wind" by John Lewis and "Incidents in the Life of a Slave Girl" by Harriet Jacobs.
Trinity gave so much to me.
