Trinity's reputation for academic excellence was the best match for me. I loved the campus--it had a perfect combination of old-world and new-world ambience.
My semester at the Barbieri Center, Rome Campus, was a highlight. In Hartford I fondly recall working and studying in the computer lab and around the basement "rat lab" in Life Sciences.
Professors Stewart and Williams were model teachers--intelligent, kind, and very helpful. They helped me expand my horizons in promoting a liberal arts education.
If you start out on the right track and get agreement with others early on (e.g., on a project or assignment), you are more likely to be successful.
I love reading the Reporter the day it arrives. The Trinity web site is also loaded with information about campus activities, alumni updates, etc.
"Black Like Me" by John Howard Griffin, and "Suicide" by Emile Durkheim.
